Everything here is quoted per setting or per cloth, so the count is checkable.

Mid-length cloths

For cocktail tables and less formal receptions.

Cloth, in the colour range that matches the cloths.

Chargers

Under-plates, for receptions where the table is photographed.

What happens next

No deposit, no obligation, and a quote you can argue with

Sending the form does not book anything. It starts a conversation about a date.

Step one

You send the date and a rough count

Five fields. You do not need a final guest list, a floor plan or a decision on colours — a date and an approximate number is enough to start.

Step two

We come back with an itemised quote

Line by line, including delivery, setup and pickup, so you can see what each part costs and cut the parts you don’t want.

Step three

We deliver, set up and collect

Our own crew, to your venue, on your schedule. Everything goes back out the same way after the event.

Winter on the Front Range

Why winter events lean on tabletop

From November to February most Front Range events move indoors, and the table becomes the entire visual budget — there is no view, no garden and no golden hour doing the work for you. That is why linen and tabletop orders get larger in winter while tent orders get smaller. If you are trying to make a hired room look like an occasion, this is the line item that does it.

Booking now

November through February dates

Holiday parties, corporate dinners, winter weddings and venue receptions. Weekend dates in December book first, so it is worth putting a date on our calendar before the details are settled.

Questions

The things people ask before they book

Do I wash anything before returning it?
No. Scrape plates, empty glasses, and send linens back dry — wet linens mildew in transit. Everything else is on us.
How many extras should I order?
A few percent over your final count on glassware and napkins is normal and sensible. Glasses get set down and abandoned; napkins get used twice. We’ll suggest a number with the quote.
Can I see the colours before I book?
Yes — tell us the palette you’re working to and we’ll tell you what we actually hold in it, rather than what a catalogue photo suggests.
What if a few glasses break?
It happens at every event. Breakage is handled as a per-item replacement charge, and it is written on the quote before you sign it, not discovered afterwards.

Tell us the date. We’ll tell you what it takes.
